English Lessons Online - Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions below. When you buy English Lessons you agree to the following:-
Conversation Lessons, private lessons and Business English lessons last 50 minutes each. For A15 and A30 Courses lessons last 90 minutes.
Lesson times are Monday - Friday, 1000 - 2000 Greenwich Meantime in winter or British Summer Time in summer. Sometimes lessons are also possible over the weekend but this depends on availability.
Paid Lessons need to be booked in advance, dates and times will be confirmed by me via email or Skype. All paid lessons are to be taken not later than 3 months from date of payment. Lessons not taken after 3 months from date of payment will be forfeited.
It is important to be punctual for lessons. If you arrive late for a lesson or delay the lesson at the start for any reason, you will not get this time back.
Postponing booked lessons is only possible if 48 hours notice is given in writing via email before lesson is due. Failure to give notice in time will result in the paid lesson being counted as taken.
In the unlikely eventuality that I might have to postpone a lesson, I will do my best to inform you via email beforehand and you can rebook the lesson at a future date.
I cannot be held responsible for the integrity of your internet connection and should the situation arise that we cannot have the lesson due to internet failure on your part, that lesson will be counted as taken. Please ensure that your internet connection works well before you buy lessons.
Please send me a mobile telephone number where I can contact you in case of emergency (e.g. electricity failure or no internet access).
If a situation arises that has not been covered by these Terms, I reserve the right to take any fair and reasonable action that I deem appropriate.
